Weekly on Saturday from 4:45pm to 5:45pm starting on 25 June 2022.
Come along to our yoga and meditation classes, where we not only teach you how to strengthen your body but also your mind. Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level or previous experience. We offer both women-only sessions and open classes that everyone is welcome to attend. Please bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise, we do have mats available to borrow.
